3 Garlic Cloves
1 Bottle Valentine Vodka
3 Ball Jars
1 Bottle STOUT
Add vegetables to a clean Ball canning jars. Fill jar with Valentine Vodka until the vegetables are completely covered.
Seal the jar tightly and allow to infuse for 3 days in refrigerator.
When ready, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the infused vodka, discarding vegetable and seeds.
