Logan Oyster Socials, based out of Logan Square-Chicago, specializes in bringing decadence on the Half Shell to any social event. Owners, Chef Rickie and Jannice (husband and wife) set up the raw bar within any social gathering. Whether it be a wedding cocktail hour, corporate event or a backyard BBQ, They shuck and serve you and your guests an array of fresh oysters and fresh made mignonettes, while sharing their passion and knowledge of these amazing bivalves. 3 oz STOUT Bloody Mary Blend
5 oz Chicago Vodka
Dash of Tabasco
2 oz Worcestershire
5 Fresh Shucked Oysters
Old Bay seasoning
- In a bowl whisk together STOUT, Chicago Vodka, Tabasco, Lemon juice and Worcestershire and set aside.
- Rim shot glasses with Old Bay Seasoning. Once shot glasses are rimmed fill glasses 3/4. Top with fresh oyster.
